An Asian audio brand needed a flagship TWS noise-canceling earbud with requirements of 48dB deep noise reduction, 30-hour total battery life, and a sleek, ergonomic design. They faced challenges in precise assembly of acoustic components and ensuring stable Bluetooth connection performance.
Our Solution
We collaborated closely with the client’s R&D team to optimize the acoustic structure, using high-sensitivity microphones and custom-tuned speakers. We adopted automated precision assembly equipment to ensure the assembly accuracy of internal components (control within 0.02mm). We implemented full-frequency acoustic testing and Bluetooth connection stability testing for each finished product.
Project Outcome
The noise reduction depth reached 49dB, exceeding the client’s expectation. Total battery life was 32 hours, and Bluetooth connection stability rate was 99.8%.
